I’ll give you a topic… High-end luxury sales associates & brokers do not prefer their listings to be advertised by other agents. i.e.) Free additional marketing/property promotions from the real estate community in a strong buyer’s market where every source of promotion helps “like butter.”
Out of 1,550 South East Florida condos over $1M, only 55% of brokers allow advertising on their “exclusive listings.” Out of 90 Miami Beach luxury condos over $5M, 46% allow outside advertising.
