Baylights Penthouse #3 Miami Beach was Just Sold by Ashton Coleman. This sale had a few new experiences for me, and with the trophy listing going live the first week of January, I knew something great was to come. Noticing stellar marketing in place on Penthouse #2, the owner of Penthouse #3 asked to meet with me and, upon our meeting, relisted right away.
The owner was in a rush to sell, and his property had been listed for the entire year of 2017 with another broker and had no activity. I had previously mentioned it to a few customers and knew it to be unique as the only Baylights Miami Beach penthouse created with stairs leading directly to the roof from inside the condo (the others require an elevator from the foyer). And so, with a new strategy in place, we increased the price while implementing new photography.
