Last week, I took a client and friend to tour Turnberry Ocean Club 703 & #1003 to find the best value and option within this 2020 development. Upon entering the new building, he was impressed with the feeling of exclusivity and luxury and thought it was unique from other similar options along the coastline in Sunny Isles Beach.
My client currently rents at a premium in Trump Palace and has four years of waiting until his St. Regis Sunny Isles property is complete. Unlike the transient action and activities surrounding the three Trump Grande properties, he found Turnberry Ocean Club best in class for Sunny Isles Beach but also too quiet for his taste. With only 154 total residences and prices starting above $5M, the highrise tower is surely exclusive. In my opinion, it’s reminiscent of Oceana in Bal Harbour.
