Wow, friends, almost 2 weeks since I’ve had a new posting. I’ve been selling even during these summer months and expect an ultra-busy “season” as buyers step into Miami Beach real estate more aggressively.

Today’s post is on a new land sale on Pinetree Drive that just went under contract after only 150 days on the market with a results-driven asking price of $13,900,000. That’s right, and one of the largest parcels on Miami Beach. Surely to be the envy with approximately 3 acres and 300 feet on the beautiful Indian Creek waterways. The sale price is to be determined, yet it sold in late 2004 for $9M and early 2004 at only $5.350M.
The buyer is unknown, and this will soon be a masterpiece!
