I have a question. In my market there are many properties that are over a $1 million that wouldn’t be characterized as luxury. What is the cut off in terms of numbers for the properties the woman mentions in the video?

Laurie Refers to the Luxury Market as the top 10 percentile of closed sales for each individual market. In looking at Miami Dade, $1M is the beginning. I took 4,252 closed sales in 2008 and out of the top 10% or 425 highest closed sales, $1 Million was the starting value.. All the best!
