Located at 2200 N Ocean Boulevard, Auberge is among the few condos in Fort Lauderdale, sitting directly on the sand in Lauderdale Beach. The team behind the development did a brilliant design with the likes of Enzo Enea and Meyer Davis, along with the experience of Auberge Resorts. Auberge is the choice enclave in Broward County. With 57 residences in the North Tower and 114 in the South Tower, the project was completed in 2018. The Auberge penthouse set an area record selling at $10M ($2,446 psf), while the median sale price per square foot for the oceanfront development is $1,129.
Located at 8701 Collins Avenue, Eighty-Seven Park was delivered in 2019, having only 65 residences. Eighty Seven is unique, with intimate and spacious outdoor terraces overlooking North Beach Park. The penthouse sold at a 46% discount last year at $37M. Originally priced at $68M, the Eighty Seven park penthouse has 12,410 of interior space with over 18,000 of outdoor entertainment space. The 18-story luxury tower is architect Renzo Piano’s first residential building in the Western Hemisphere. The Eighty-Seven Park development has a median sale price per square foot of $2,351.
Located at 17901 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, the two towers are slated for delivery beginning this fall. The Estates has 154 residences, with the lobby custom-designed by Karl Lagerfeld and amenities galore. Avra Miami Estiatorio will open later this year upon completion. The famous restaurant will be at the entrance to the 45,000-square-foot Villa Acqualina between the north and south towers at 17895 Collins Avenue. The villa will house amenities for residents, including a spa, gym, movie theater, ice skating rink, a speakeasy-style bar, and a bowling alley. The Trump Group’s $1.8B development still has select inventory with developer units remaining. The Estates at Acqualina have a median list price per square foot of $1,613; also, the Mansions at Acqualina.
Located at 3315 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, Faena House is known for the record-setting penthouse purchase by Ken Griffin at $60M. Developer Alan Faena completed the luxury development in 2015 and created an entire neighborhood from what was once a less desirable mid-beach location. The building is part of the mixed-use Faena District, with two hotels, the Faena Forum, Faena Bazaar, and more. Having just 47 residences, Faena House has a median sale price per square foot of $2,418.
Located at 9349 Collins Avenue in Surfside, FENDI has proven a leader in boutique condo living. This is the first Fendi residential building in the world, developed by the Chateau Group. Fendi spans three acres with 300 feet of oceanfront bliss. The 12-story tower was designed by Arquitectonica, having 58 flow-through condo units. The penthouse 2, with over 12,000 total square feet, sold in 2018 at $18.5M after a 26% discount. Fendi Surfside has a median sale price per square foot of $1,671.
Palazzo Del Sol & Palazzo Della Luna at Fisher Island
Located on the prestigious Fisher Island Drive, this newer 2016 & 2019 enclave features the many benefits of the inclusive island. The two projects offer exclusivity of only 43 & 50 residences, respectively. Developed by PDS Development with architect Kobi Karp, Fisher Island is accessed by ferry or helicopter. Island amenities include access to private island dining, golf, tennis, spa, marina, a private beach & Fisher Island Day School. The Palazzo Del Sol penthouse sold in 2017 for over $31m, with the Palazzo Della Luna penthouse for sale today. Palazzo Del Sol and Della Luna have a median sale price per square foot of $1,964.
Located at 17749 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, the residences at Mansions at Acqualina are “flow-through,” with only two units per floor. The Mansions at Acqualina also offers residents-only services, such as room service, pet services, children’s programs, 24-hour concierge, housekeeping, pool/beach attendants, and security. Here, we find premier services only noted from the Acqualina brand. The Trump Group, led by Jules and Eddie Trump, completed the 47-story, 76-unit Mansions at Acqualina in mid-2015. Mansions at Acqualina was the second Acqualina-branded tower to be built after Acqualina, which was completed in 2006. Mansions at Acqualina recently sold the premier penthouse having over 9,100 square feet of living space at $27M ($2,966 psf). Overall sales show a median sale price per square foot of $1,123.
